Five element ritual care
The Five Elements in Chinese medicine reflect natural cycles within the body and the world around us. Wood supports flow and movement. Fire brings joy and heart warmth. Earth nourishes and steadies. Metal supports release and renewal. Water restores and replenishes. Each blend offers a different way to meet the season you are in and choose the ritual support that feels right.
